How long have you been working at Lifehouse?

11 months.

Tell us a little bit about how you ended up here.

I decided to leave my long term job to work in something I’m very passionate about. Best thing I ever did. Utilising my skill sets.

Describe your usual working day.

Every day is a different day. Working on various projects, pruning, hedge cutting, grass cutting, tending to the 127 acres.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Lifehouse?

Being able to work in a passionate team. Leading the team towards success whilst expressing my creativity and getting job satisfaction.

What do you like most about working in this industry?

Working in a professional and vibrant environment and in beautiful gardens steeped in history.

What makes Lifehouse different from other places you’ve worked?

The understanding of what it takes to achieve success.

What are some new skills you have picked up since you started working here?

Leadership skills and working with other departments.

What advice would you give to people applying for a job like yours?

Be honest and express your passion towards the job role.
