Summer at Lifehouse

The weather is getting a little warmer, the sun is peeking out from behind the clouds, and summer is just around the corner! Here at Lifehouse, we’re lucky to be surrounded by gorgeous grounds and the Essex countryside, so this time of year is when the flowers come into bloom fully and we can take advantage of all the nature walks on our lunch break.

Did you know that we take some of our other spa activities outdoors in the summer? If you’re a fitness instructor, you can take your class out onto the grass to breathe in the fresh air while they’re breaking a sweat. There’s also a cosy, walled terrace for lunchtime dining, or just a quick coffee and a chat, plus we’ll be opening the pink shed for a nice glass of something fruity and fizzy.
